About Jennifer Barker

Jennifer Barker serves as Operations Director for the Nick Phillips Group at Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty, where she oversees the team’s day-to-day operations with precision and professionalism. Drawing on her extensive background in real estate management and client services, Jennifer ensures that every detail behind the scenes supports a seamless experience for buyers, sellers, and colleagues alike.

 

Originally from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Jennifer relocated with her family to the Emerald Coast in 1980.  She became a true local and has lived along the Emerald Coast since then, leaving only to return to her hometown to attend Middle Tennessee State University. Her long-standing connection to the area gives her a unique perspective on the region’s growth and an authentic appreciation for the community she serves.
